My programs combine disciplines to make issues visible through art. Participants are not spectators; they are enthusiastic, critical thinkers who take creative action as a way to enhance their awareness and share that understanding with others—to get the conversation rolling. An environment of respect is created where differences of opinion are valued and taking chances is safe and encouraged. Barriers come down and perspectives shift. Sincerity and generosity thrive. My programs make art accessible without dumbing it down. Participants are empowered through the validation of their work showcased in these professional exhibitions.
